What is Assessed in the CHEK Integrated Wellness Screen?

You will start off with a diet and Lifestyle online questionnaire- the results of which will be included in your final report. At the 30 minute screen, we will be assessing the health of your spinal curves for optimal spinal alignment, head position, breathing mechanics and we will test your Core recruitment and score by a %.

How will I get my results?

We will spend a few minutes before the end of the 30 minutes, to talk with you briefly about the findings. A few days after your Screen you will be emailed the Full Report, with the results of your screening, and then you can book in for a free consultation and we will go through your results together.

Does this replace a Medical exam?

Not at all, this is a non-medical and non-invasive screen system, used to assess for chronic dysfunction, unlike most medical exams that generally are used to assess acute injuries, symptoms or disease.
