The information from the assessment is collated, analysed to create a comprehensive corrective exercise program that will bring your body back into balance. You will also be coached through a fully customised nutrition and lifestyle program.
Stage 3

As a teenager, I was in a serious car accident that left me unable to walk. Doctors told me I might never move independently again.
