The first three months follow the same foundational journey as The Alignment, with weekly face-to-face coaching calls to get your health back on track. From there, we adapt to your progress moving to a rhythm of weekly check-ins and fortnightly coaching calls as we begin to go deeper.
Once the foundations are firmly in place, we turn our attention to the wider picture, exploring key health and lifestyle factors, gland and organ systems, and the stress your body is carrying beneath the surface.
