Post Injury Or Post-Surgery Rehab

Signed off, but not back to yourself yet?

You've done the physio. You've ticked the boxes. On paper, you're recovered. But something still doesn't feel right, maybe it's a lingering weakness, a movement that feels off, or a nagging worry that you're one wrong step away from re-injury.

Being signed off from physio means the acute problem has been dealt with. It doesn't always mean your body has relearned how to move well. The Rehab Programme picks up where physio leaves off, with a full musculoskeletal assessment and a personalised programme to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and full function in your body again.

Musculoskeletal & Movement Assessment

This is one of the most thorough musculoskeletal assessments available, delivered by Tony Muratori, a fully qualified CHEK Professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience, and designed entirely around you.

Working from the head down, we evaluate the eyes, jaw, upper cervical spine, shoulders, and pelvis. This followed by a full-length tension assessment, a core unit assessment, and a detailed functional movement assessment.

Once your results have been reviewed, your personalised programme will be created and we'll meet again to walk you through everything in detail.

Assessments are held at The Chek Clinic, Lawrence Lane, Eccleston, Lancashire

FAQs

I've already had physio, why would I need this?

Physio is brilliant for getting you through the acute stage of injury or surgery. But being signed off just means the physio phase is complete, it doesn't always mean your body has fully relearned how to move well. This programme picks up from there, looking at your whole body to make sure nothing's still being missed.

Is this instead of physio, or something else?

It's something else. This isn't a replacement for physio, it's what comes after it. We're looking at how your body moves as a whole system, including areas that may have started compensating while you were injured.

Where does the assessment take place?

Your musculoskeletal assessment is carried out in person at The CHEK Clinic, Lawrence Lane, Eccleston. Once your results have been reviewed, we'll meet again to walk you through your personalised programme. You can read more about assessments here: https://tonymuratori.com/assessments

Can I do the programme at home or do I need a gym?

Both work perfectly well. Each programme is fully designed around you and your environment, so whether you train at home or in your own gym, you'll have everything you need to make real progress.

How do I know which package is right for me?

That's what the free consultation is for. We'll talk through where you are, what you're looking to achieve, and which package gives you the best foundation to get there. There's no pressure, just an clear conversation to find the right fit.

What is PTEnhance?

PTEnhance is the platform where your questionnaires are allocated, and your personalised programme lives. It gives you easy access to your exercise plans, instructional content, and programme updates, all in one place, whenever you need it.

What happens after my programme ends?

That depends on where you are in your journey. Some clients choose to progress to the next package, others continue independently with the tools and knowledge they've built. Either way, the goal is to leave you with a clear understanding of your body and the confidence to maintain your progress long term.
